Submit a refund request through support with the order number, reason and relevant evidence. Eligibility is reviewed against payment status, service stage, delivered work, reserved capacity and the approved scope.
2. Before work starts
An eligible order cancelled before discovery, planning or production begins may qualify for a full or partial refund after deducting non-recoverable gateway or third-party charges.
3. Work in progress
Once strategy, design, development, campaign setup, content production or other work has started, the value of completed and committed work may be deducted.
4. Delivered or approved work
Completed, downloaded, launched, published or approved deliverables are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where NorabiaDigi confirms a material failure to deliver the agreed scope.
5. Recurring services
Cancellation stops future renewal according to the billing terms. Work already performed in the active period remains payable.
6. Processing
Approved gateway refunds are returned through the original method where possible. Processing time depends on the provider and financial institution.
